Such a fine rooftop terrace to unwind at night.
I was deeply disappointed by the service we received. First, we encountered a rude staff member during our early departure. It was unacceptable. The lack of variety in breakfast options made our mornings less enjoyable, feeling repetitive.

It was in a central location, to most places of interest. Moreover, it's not far from the medina on a map and Morocco...

The rooms were inviting and reasonably large, had a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets in the bathroom. The hotel was located in the middle of the city. Btw, I was just a short walk away from Rahba Kedima Square.

The decor is beautiful, especially in the garden. Perfect walking distance to the souks. My only complaint? The room I had didn't get much natural light. But overall, amazing stay!

great location but breakfast variety needs improvement
The hotel is ideally situated near the old city. I appreciated the daily room cleaning and the friendly English-speaking staff who were eager to help. The rooftop view was a highlight of my stay.
Breakfasts were very tasty but lacked variety over the three days.

What a charming little retreat! The rooms were super cozy, and it was perfect location just a hop away from the souks. The decor was fine, a feast for the eyes.
The walls are thinner than my patience at a boring party-had to shush my friends a few times. But once I got used to it, I survived!

The atmosphere feels like a serene escape, with beautifully decorated rooms and a lovely roof terrace perfect for unwinding. Daily breakfasts included Tuscan bread and a variety of delicious options. Some areas could use improvement. The narrow street to reach the hotel can be tricky, and the noise from the surrounding streets occasionally breaks the tranquility. Despite this, the helpful staff were pretty good too ensure a pleasant and nice experience.

The Superior Triple Room was super spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfy. Loved chilling on the roof terrace! Just wish there were a few more hangers in the room. That, a really nice experience overall!

Beautiful Stay with Amazing Hospitality
The breakfast spread was good, with freshly made pastries and warm, hearty options each morning. Abdel, in particular, went out of his way to accommodate our needs and even helped us organize a delicious meal on our last day before breakfast. One small downside was the lack of hangers in the room. That could definitely be improved.
